50 g sweet potato
50 g pumpkin
100 ml coconut milk
2 tbs blueberries
1 tsp raw cocoa powder
15 g chocolate whey isolate powder
6 g chia seeds
1 tbs of coconut flakes
Let the chia seeds soak in 100 ml of water for at least 10 minutes to form a gel like substance.
In the meantime cook the sweet potatoes and pumpkin until soft. Throw everything in a blender except for the berries and the the chia . Feel free to add a bit more water if the consistency is too dense.
Transfer content into a bowl. Add the chia gel on top and stir. Garnish with the blueberries on top.
