I made a video. It's a learning process and I come across as blinky and a bit stilted but what the fudge... it's a learning curve (a steep one) and I hope I'll get better with time.
This video is about crawls and locomotion. Stuff I love to do during my group training and it can even jack up the heart rate of ultra-endurance athletes.
Hope the video is not too clunky and promise I'll do better next time.
