I have found several places (virtual and real) which can cover your Paleo needs for grass-fed meat in Hong Kong. For months now we have ordered the bulk of our grass-fed meat from http://tenderloin.com.hk. Turned out to be quite convenient since they deliver to your home address and the minimum order amount is reasonable: HKD 600-800 depending to which HK area the meat has to be delivered. Most of their products are frozen and most importantly vacuum sealed! For a single to small households I highly recommend the following of their NZ grass-fed meat products:
Taken from the topside; geat for stews or for curries. Frozen, minimum order 1 kilo.
Minced Topside Beef
Lean, taken from the topside or 'round'; great for bolognaise sauce. Frozen, minimum order 1 kilo.
HKD 125/ kg
Pure beef, about 8 pieces, frozen, minimum order 1 kilo.
HKD 110/ kg
Frozen, about 20-30 slices, superb for stir-fries. minimum order 1 kilo.
HKD 140/ kg
Now, I know that 1 kg sounds like a lot but 1 kg vacuum pack of frozen meat is quite compact. Around 15 x 20 cm width & length (ca. A5 sheet) and probably around 5- 6 cm thick comparable to the the thickness of 3-4 slices of thick toast stacked on top of each other.
