
There are currently two cross-training workouts offered on the Hong Kong Trailrunner Meetup site. One is my Core and Circuit training while the other is Sharon Shek's Yin and Yang Yoga Class for Runners.
Sharon is a certified yoga teacher and a passionate runner. Being aware about the importance of mobility for endurance athletes she started offering complimentary yoga classes for trail runners. Thanks to her instructions runners were able to reanimate their leathery bands again and actually turn them back into soft tissue.
Unfortunately Sharon will be out of town for a while, so her upcoming session on Monday 27. August will the last for the next two months. It's not necessary for me to promote her event since it was already completely booked out days ago.

The first time I knew she has become a good pyhsiotherapist was when she cleared a mild but annoying headache of mine by re-aligning my vertibrae in my cervical and thoracic spine and also improved the mobility of my left shoulder.
If you have questions concerning training, correctional exercises, flexibility and/ or sports related injuries pack some drinks and snacks and join the picnic this coming Monday , at Happy Valley Infield, Causeway Bay Hong Kong. We will be certainly done with our yoga session and people will hopefully be more pliable, bit curious and very social.
