When picking your snacks for your emergency stash you might need to consider the following criteria.
- Easy to transport
The snacks stash should be light, easy to transport and won't squish or melt easily.
- Keeps you sated
We want our emergency snack to patch up our hunger until we can get our hands on a real meal, and ideally not tempt us to mindless binge snacking. Therefore, we are looking for something high in proteins and/ or high fats
- Naturally long shelf life
