
While chatting on FB we discussed our future goals in 2013. One would not be a trainer if fitness was one of the top goals. And one cannot be in the sports industry without being a little competitive. So the 90 day challenge was born.
In the beginning of 2013 we will both start a challenge based on body fat % and the Insanity fitness test composed out of 8 exercises. After 90 days we will measure how much BF% each lost and the percentage gain of reps of all 8 exercises. Keeping it easy.
Oh God, what have I gotten myself into. Niels has been in the industry far longer than me. Think I will need to jot down a very good strategy to beat this fella. More about the challenge to come.
