And you might know about the phenomenon of Asian older siblings having this compulsion to indulge their younger siblings because we have been conditioned by our parents to do so as we had the privilege to wreak havoc on a fresh new uterus while every sibling following us would only a second hand uterus to develop in.
Another indicator that paleo is becoming more popular in Hong Kong is that more and more health shops are selling paleo snacks and sweets. One of the most ancestral snacks is of course the delicious and handy jerky.

Training more people who love to sweat outdoors and become stronger through natural movement? I jumped on board. Join us, run with the pack and get apefit.
